My husband is a designated trainer for the Wim Hof method, a philosophy and regimen designed to maximize the body’s abilities through breathing exercises, cold therapy, and commitment. My wonderful husband and children join me on this adventure. These explorations teach me how to work with the body, how to restore it, and how to enhance its beauty. The human body is an amazing machine and work of art, and I love learning about bio-hacking, the science of using nature to heal our bodies. I can’t imagine a life in which expanding my mind and nurturing my spirituality are not priorities. While I am originally from Seattle, I moved here to attend Naturopathic Medical School and quickly fell in love with the desert’s strength and beauty.
